David Bukovac

SVP Facilities Management

As Senior Vice President of Facilities Management, David focuses on developing key client relationships and supporting ongoing FM operations. He works with Flagship’s account teams to continually improve service delivery and develop consistent practices across the FM platform.

Prior to joining Flagship, David served as Director of Real Estate and Facility Management for Mondelez International. In this role, he was responsible for the delivery of Real Estate and Facility Management services across a regional portfolio in North and Latin America. The portfolio consisted of manufacturing plants, HQ offices, and research centers. David also held the role of Global Facility Management COE, in which he was responsible for all facility management reporting, governance, processes, procedures, and compliance while partnering with external providers.

David holds an M.B.A in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University. He also holds the Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
