Jim McEnnis

Jim began his career in real estate in the late 1990s, joining Equity Office Properties Trust to assist with operational standardization across the company’s twenty markets before becoming a property manager in Boston’s financial district. He has spent the past 20 years working for a global real estate organization and the last 10 years dedicated to Life Sciences, overseeing GMP manufacturing, corporate office space, and regulated/non-regulated lab space. Jim’s real passion is growing and developing talent. He is both a strong advocate and active supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. A native of the North Shore and a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a degree in English Literature, he can usually be found reading, surrounded by his many cats, or traveling around the world with his partner of 35 years when not working.
