Darren DesRosiers

An integral part of the organization, Darren has been at the forefront of developing facilities operation programs for some of DENS’ largest clients. He currently works with building owners and developers in the Life Sciences industry on building retrofits and ground-up construction, providing a seamless transition of maintenance programs from project completion to day-to-day operations.

Darren’s career has spanned from supervising shipping and receiving of hazardous material, safety training, and working in the labs to HVAC maintenance and building maintenance. His vast experience in construction and building operations as well as his history working in biotech and Life Sciences allows him to provide a wide range of services to his development clients.

Fun fact about Darren: He lived on the side of a mountain in Missouri for two months training to be a primitive skills instructor. He also enjoys cooking, wood crafting, golfing, and spending time with this family.
